At Tailored by Ethereal, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (unless defective)
  • Final Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Wait for return authorization.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
